	The Uygur Nationality　The most of the dwelling houses of Uygur people are courtyards, generally, the gate abstain from opening toward west. The houses are square, have deep front corridor, plant flowers? grapes? fruit trees,are very clear. Built earth kang in the house, hang the wall carpets, built tabtacals, and decorated it with various flowers design. In bit and sup, rice and flour are their main foods, like drink milk tea, tea Nang which is baked with flour. the variety of foods are very much, have finger-picking rice? conjee with meat? hand pulled noodles? noodles in soup? steamed stuffed bun with thin skin? baked steamed stuffed bun? Youtazi? roasted mutton, etc. like eating melons? water melons? grapes? apples? pears? apricot? megranate, etc fruits, they eat beef? mutton and chicken? duck? fish; they are forbade to eating pork? donkey meat and beast of prey; and forbade to eating all animal's flood. 　　Uygurs' traditional style of clothes is: all people wear small embroidered hat. Man like wear Qiapan, short gown which is embroidered flower pattern. woman like wear one-piece-dress, ware black waistcoat over their dress, ware earbob? finger ring? necklace, etc adornments, girls comb braids, now city resident ware fishionable dress generally. 　　Uygurs are polite. When they meet the seniors or friends, they will cross both arms in front of the chest to show special respect. Guests come to, they hospitality warmly. Uygurs is a singing and dancing nationality. Their dancing is legerited and beautiful, are famous for fast going round and round and varied, reflect Uygurs optimistic and sonsy character. Uygurs are chiefly a farming population also engaged in animal husbandry and commerce, meanwhile handicrafts are very developed, and have high art level, carpets? embroidery ?tapestries? silk? copper kettles? knives and folk music instruments, are all have national style. 　　The Kazak Nationality　Kazaks engaged in stockraising mainly.in the pasturing area, they live in the round felt tents which can be taken apart and take in the spring? summer? autumn three seasons. Kazaks' bite and soup are very rich, they like eating cream which are made with milk? ewes milk? goat milk? ghee? cheese, like drink horse milk? camel milk and acidophilus milk? milk tea, etc. In the pasturing area, nomads eat meat mainly, in summer they eat fresh meat and in winter eat smoke-dried mutton, and like eating horse gut. After cooking the meat, and pare them into pieces with a knife chop, then blend with dough sheet? onion? scallion? pepper, so become "Naren" whom Kazaks like best eating. In addition, Kazaks eat "Jieniti" which are blended with horse oil? millet? white sugar? nang? "baoershake" hand-picking rice, etc foods. 　　In pasturing area, Kazaks man wear sheepskin? fox? wolf skin cloak and overcoat which is made with cowskin, called "Xialibaer" .Women like wearing red and the other colored one-piece dress, in a cold day, wear cotton padded coat over the dress, also wear lamb skin? fox? and wolf overcoat. Girls like wearing various embroidered clothes. 　　Kazak nomads in the Altay area wear white terai, women wear white shawl in summer, wear wool scarf in cold days, Kazaks wear round fur cap in Ili area. Kazak nomads wear top leather boots, wear hoses which are made with felt, then wear top leather boots. Kazaks are warm and hospitable, they use the best foods to entertain guest, and slaughter sheep. When dinning, host put a plate of meat with sheepshead in front of the guest, guest take the sheepshead and cut a piece of meat in the sheepshead's right vizard and eat it, then cut sheep ear to juniors of host, then pass the sheepshead to host. 　　Kazaks, man and woman can ride the horse. young man like Sheep Grabbing, when festival comes to and happy event, heardsman hold various equitation performance and race; "Girl Chasing" is the best entertainment to youth.
