The Uygur
Nationality The most of the dwelling houses of

handicrafts are very developed, and have high art level,
carpets? embroidery ?tapestries? silk? copper kettles? knives
and folk music instruments, are all have national style.
The Kazak Nationality Kazaks engaged
in stockraising mainly.in the pasturing area, they live
in the round felt tents which can be taken apart and take
in the spring? summer? autumn three seasons. Kazaks' bite
and soup are very rich, they like eating cream which are
made with milk? ewes milk? goat milk? ghee? cheese, like
drink horse milk? camel milk and acidophilus milk? milk
tea, etc. In the pasturing area, nomads eat meat mainly,
in summer they eat fresh meat and in winter eat smoke-dried
mutton, and like eating horse gut. After cooking the meat,

they use the best foods to entertain guest, and slaughter
sheep. When dinning, host put a plate of meat with sheepshead
